摘 要:以自主研发的139.8 m双体甲板运输船螺旋桨节能帽鳍为研究对象,应用CFD(计算流体动力学,Computational Fluid Dynamics,简称CFD)方法对带节能帽鳍与不带节能帽鳍的螺旋桨进行数值模拟,计算螺旋桨敞水性能指标,通过对比指标的数值来评估节能效果。结果表明:带有节能帽鳍的螺旋桨节能效果为2.8%~3.1%(原螺旋桨的节能效果为0.77%~1.89%),依据实船航行午报数据得出燃油节省率为5%,主机功率降低3.5%,比市面上的主流节能帽鳍节能效果要好。研究结果可为多类型船用螺旋桨节能帽鳍的适配技术与定制技术提供新思路。The energy-saving cap fin independently developed for the propeller of a 139.8m cargo catamaran was studied,and its effect was evaluated by comparing the open-water performance indexes of the propellers with and without such a cap fin,calculated through numerical simulations of these propellers with CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics).The results show that the propeller with the cap fin saves energy by 2.8%~3.1%(compared to the propeller without the cap fin,which saves by 0.77%~1.89%).According to the data from the noon report of sailing ships,the fuel is saved by 5%,and the main engine power is reduced by 35%,showing that the energy-saving cap fin performs better than the mainstream ones on the market.These results provide new ideas for energy-saving cap fins to be compatible with and customized to different marine propellers.
