摘  要:露天矿山占地面积大,地形复杂多变,交通不便。对露天矿山资源开采行为的监测复杂且重要。采用低空无人机倾斜摄影测量技术定期采集矿区DOM(数字正射影像,Digital Orthophoto Map,简称DOM),构建实景三维模型,根据影像及模型数据监测测区开采是否越界、计算开采土石方量和剩余矿产储量,以快速分析是否存在盗采矿山资源行为。研究结果对打击违法开采资源的活动、促进露天矿山绿色建设、推动经济社会与生态环境保护协调发展具有重要意义。Monitoring opencast mining is a complicated but important task,as opencast mines sprawl across vast areas with highly complex and variable terrain,rendering transportation rather inconvenient.In order to quickly detect illegal mining behaviors,the low-altitude drone oblique photogrammetry was adopted to regularly collect the DOM(Digital Orthophoto Map)in mining areas and construct real-scene 3D models,which were used to monitor cross-border mining and calculate earthwork volume and remaining recoverable reserves.The results are significant in combating illegal mining operations,facilitating the construction of green opencast mines,and promoting the balanced development of economic society and ecological protection.
