摘 要:为更好的满足人民群众高品质出行需求,进一步提升动车开行客座率,提高西部地区高铁资产资源利用效率,有力改善企业经营状况,本文以银西高铁为典型案例,对现行西部地区高铁定价模式进行了总结,对客票定价的影响因素及客流在时间、空间上的分布特点进行了分析,考虑预售期内客流变化,建立动态预测模型,提出了基于时间维度的差异化定价策略,试点应用后创新性效果显著。In order to better meet the high-quality travel needs of the people,improve passenger load factor of high-speed trains,improve the efficiency of high-speed rail asset resource utilization in the western region,and effectively improve the business operation status,this article takes the Yinxi high-speed railway as a typical case to summarize the current high-speed rail pricing model in the western region.The influencing factors of ticket pricing and the distribution characteristics of passenger flow in time and space are analyzed.Considering the changes in passenger flow during the pre-sale period,a dynamic prediction model is established,and a differentiated pricing strategy based on the time dimension is proposed.After pilot application,the innovative effect is significant.
