不同降雨量对树番茄幼苗生物量、叶片性状和碳氮磷的影响

摘  要:为探讨树番茄(Cyphomandra betacea)幼苗在不同降雨处理下的生长状况。以1年生树番茄幼苗为对象,设置3个降雨量,即减少降雨量40%(W-)、降雨量不变(W)、增加降雨量40%(W_(+)),以及3 d(T_(3))和6 d(T_(6))2个降雨间隔,通过双因素试验分析树番茄幼苗的生物量、叶片功能性状、根茎叶和土壤生态化学计量特征。结果表明,3 d降雨时长下,树番茄幼苗根茎叶生物量随降雨量的增加呈上升趋势,而6 d降雨时长则表现为先升后降的趋势,各器官生物量积累表现为叶>茎>根。不同降雨时长下,树番茄幼苗叶片功能性状及各器官和土壤C、N、P含量均随降雨量的增加而增加,养分积累表现为C>N>P,且各器官养分积累均表现为叶>茎>根,表明树番茄幼苗存在一定的生长策略。不同处理下,树番茄幼苗叶片N∶P<14,植物生长受N元素的限制。相关分析表明,土壤P与植物C、N、P含量,生物量与植物C、N、P含量,各养分含量间均呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05),而叶生物量分配与叶片功能性状呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。模糊隶属函数综合评价表明,不同处理下,树番茄幼苗的生物量、叶片功能性状及生态化学计量特征表现为W_(+)T_(6)>W_(+)T_(3)>WT_(6)>WT_(3)>W-T_(3)>W-T_(6)。综上,不同降雨量下树番茄各器官生物量和养分积累表现为叶>茎>根,以C元素积累最高,植物生长受N限制,以W_(+)T_(6)和W_(+)T_(3)处理对树番茄幼苗生长的促进效果较好。本研究结果为树番茄幼苗培育提供了技术参考。To investigate the growth status of Cyphomandra betacea seedlings under different rainfalls,one-yearold C.betacea seedlings were used as the experimental material,and three rainfalls were set,which were reducing rainfall by 40%(W-),keeping rainfall constant(W),increasing rainfall by 40%(W_(+)),and two rainfall intervals of 3 days(T_(3))and 6 days(T_(6)).The biomass,leaf functional traits,root,stem,leaf,and soil ecological stoichiometry characteristics of C.betacea seedlings were analyzed through a dual-factor experiment.The results showed that,under a 3-day rainfall duration,the biomass of roots,stems,and leaves of C.betacea seedlings showed an upward trend with the increase of rainfall,while the rainfall duration of 6 days showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The accumulation of biomass in various organs were leaves>stems>roots.The functional traits of leaves,as well as the content of C,N and P in various organs and soil of C.betacea seedlings,increased with the increase of rainfall duration.The nutrient accumulation were C>N>P,and the nutrient accumulation in all organs were leaf>stem>root,indicating that there was a certain growth strategy for C.betacea seedlings.Under different treatments,the N∶P ratio of C.betacea seedling leaves was less than 14,and plant growth was limited by the nitrogen.The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation(P<0.05)between soil P and plant C,N,P,biomass and nutrients,and various nutrient contents,while the allocation of leaf biomass was significantly and negatively correlated with leaf functional traits(P<0.05).The comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy membership functions showed that,under different rainfalls,leaf functional traits,and ecological stoichiometry characteristics of C.betacea seedlings were:W_(+)T_(6)>W_(+)T_(3)>WT_(6)>WT_(3)>W–T_(3)>W–T_(6).In summary,under different rainfalls,the biomass and nutrient accumulation of various organs in C.betacea showed that leaves>stems>roots,with the highest accumulation of car
