摘　　要：高校共享实验室在支撑人才培养、科学研究和社会服务方面的重要性日益凸显,但高校共享实验室存有安全隐患多样、人员流动性大、实验室场所分散性、实验内容具有探索性等特点,面临着巨大的安全压力。本文将本质安全理念引入实验室管理中,分析实验室管理中的四要素,构建出科学有效的管理模式,以期为提升高校仪器共享实验室的管理质量和管理效率提供参考。The importance of shared laboratories in colleges and universities in supporting personnel training,scientific research and social services has become increasingly prominent.However,shared laboratories in colleges and universities have the characteristics of diverse potential safety hazards,large mobility of personnel,dispersion of laboratory sites,and exploratory experimental content,and are facing huge safety pressure.This paper introduces the concept of intrinsic safety into laboratory management,analyzes the four elements in laboratory management,and constructs a scientific and effective management mode,in order to provide reference for improving the management quality and management efficiency of instrument sharing laboratories in colleges and universities.
