多维安全套态度量表的汉化及心理测量学特性分析

摘　　要：目的汉化多维安全套态度量表(MCAS),结合专家意见初步确定中文版MCAS(C-MCAS),并评价其心理测量学特征。方法于2023年5月-7月对MCAS进行了翻译、回译,并通过德尔菲专家咨询和预试验确定C-MCAS。2023年10月-11月选取湖南省常德市两所高校的347名大学生作为研究对象,发放电子问卷以对量表进行信、效度检验。量表的信度使用内部一致性信度、重测信度和分半信度评价;量表的效度使用内容效度、结构效度和预测效度评价,其中结构效度使用验证性因子分析评价。结果C-MCAS共有5个维度:安全套的可靠性和有效性(5个条目)、愉悦感(5个条目)、身份污名化(5个条目)、协商和使用的尴尬(5个条目)、购买安全套的尴尬(5个条目)。C-MCAS的维度设定与条目数均与原量表保持一致。C-MCAS的Cronbach’sα为0.939,分量表的Cronbach’sα分别为0.846、0.875、0.919、0.889和0.941;重测信度系数为0.933;分半信度系数为0.804;所有条目的内容效度指数(I-CVI)均大于0.8;验证性因子分析模型的卡方自由度比值为2.942,近似均方根误差(RMSEA)小于0.08,比较拟合指数(CFI)、Tucker-Lewis指数(TLI)和递增拟合系数(IFI)均大于0.90。结论C-MCAS具有较高的信度与效度,是测量安全套态度的有效工具。Objective To translate the Multidimensional Condom Attitude Scale(MCAS)into Chinese and preliminarily determine the Chinese version of MCAS(C-MCAS)combined with expert opinions,and to evaluate its psychometric characteristics.Methods MCAS was translated and back-translated from May to July 2023,and C-MCAS was determined by Delphi expert consultation and pre-test.From October to November 2023,347 college students from two universities in ChangdeCity,Hunan Province were selected as the research objects,and electronic questionnaires were issued to test the reliability and validity of the scale.The reliability of the scale was evaluated by internal consistency reliability,retest reliability and split-half reliability.The validity of the scale was evaluated by content validity,construct validity and predictive validity,and the construct validity was evaluated by confirmatory factor analysis.Results There were five dimensions in C-MCAS:reliability and effectiveness of condoms(5 items),pleasure(5 items),identity stigma(5 items),embarrassment of negotiation and use(5 items),embarrassment of buying condoms(5 items).The dimension setting and item number of C-MCAS were consistent with the original scale.The Cronbach'sαof C-MCAS was 0.939,and the Cronbach'sαof the subscales was 0.846,0.875,0.919,0.889 and 0.941,respectively.The test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.933.The split-half reliability coefficient was 0.804.The content validity index(I-CVI)of all items was greater than 0.8.The chi-square degree of freedom ratio of the confirmatory factor analysis model was 2.942,the root mean square error approximate(RMSEA)was less than 0.08,and the comparative fit index(CFI),Tucker-Lewis index(TLI)and incremental fit index(IFI)were all greater than 0.90.Conclusion C-MCAS has high reliability and validity,and is an effective tool for measuring condom attitude.
