氟康唑联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗女性念珠菌性阴道炎的效果及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究氟康唑联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗女性念珠菌性阴道炎(VVC)的效果及对其生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年5月-2023年5月芦溪县中医院收治的60例VVC患者,行随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组给予硝酸咪康唑栓治疗,观察组在其基础上联合氟康唑治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状消退时间(白带增多、外阴瘙痒、排尿困难、外阴红斑)、念珠菌转阴率、复发情况、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)]、治疗满意度。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组症状消退时间(白带增多、外阴瘙痒、排尿困难、外阴红斑)短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组念珠菌转阴率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后GQOLI-74评分(躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态)均高于治疗前,且观察组GQOLI-74评分(躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗VVC效果肯定,可提高其临床疗效,加速症状消退,促进念珠菌转阴,降低复发概率,对患者生活质量及治疗满意度均具有良好的改善作用。Objective To study the effect of fluconazole combined with miconazole nitrate suppository in the treatment of female vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)and its effect on quality of life.Methods A total of 60 patients with VVC admitted to Luxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group(30 patients)and observation group(30 patients)by random number table method.The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate suppository,and the observation group was treated with miconazole nitrate suppository combined with fluconazole.The clinical efficacy,symptom regression time(leucorrhea increase,vulva pruritus,dysuria,vulva erythema),candida negative rate,recurrence,quality of life[Quality of Life Comprehensive Assessment Questionnaire(GQOLI-74)]and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of symptom regression(leucorrhea increase,vulva pruritus,dysuria,vulva erythema)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of candida in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the GQOLI-74 scores(physical function,psychological function,social function,material life status)of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the GQOLI-74 scores physical function,psychological function,social function,material life status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluconazole combined with miconazole nitrate suppository is effective in the treatment of VVC,which can improve the clinical efficacy,accelerate the disappearance of symptoms,promote the negative conversion of candida,reduce the probability of recurr
