中药坐浴、康复新液及50%硫酸镁联合应用对自动痔疮套扎术患者预后及康复时间的影响

摘　　要：目的研究中药坐浴、康复新液及50%硫酸镁联合应用对自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)患者预后及康复时间的影响。方法选择2019年6月-2023年6月于都县人民医院拟行RPH治疗的60例混合痔患者,经抽签法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组术后予以中药坐浴治疗,观察组则采用中药坐浴+康复新液冲洗+50%硫酸镁外敷治疗,比较两组术后治疗效果、术后恢复时间(住院时间、创面愈合时间)、肛周疼痛程度[主观疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、术后并发症、复发率。结果观察组术后治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3、7天,两组VAS评分小于术后1天,且观察组VAS评分小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率小于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药坐浴、康复新液及50%硫酸镁联合治疗可提高RPH患者术后治愈率,加速术后康复,缓解肛周疼痛,降低患者的并发症及复发概率。Objective To study the effect of combined application of traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath,Kangfuxin liquid and 50%magnesium sulfate on the prognosis and rehabilitation time of patients undergoing Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH).Methods From June 2019 to June 2023,60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were to be treated with RPH in Yudu County People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group(30 patients)and observation group(30 patients)by drawing lots.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath after operation,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath+Kangfuxin liquid washing+50%magnesium sulfate external application.The postoperative treatment effect,postoperative recovery time(hospitalization time,wound healing time),perianal pain degree[subjective pain visual analogue scale(VAS)],postoperative complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 7 days after operation,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that at 1 day after operation,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath,Kangfuxin liquid and 50%magnesium sulfate can improve the postoperative cure rate of RPH patients,accelerate postoperative rehabilitation,relieve perianal pain,and reduce the complications and recurrence probability of patients.
