摘　　要：目的研究小切口无张力疝修补手术(TFH)治疗腹股沟疝的效果。方法选取2020年1月-2023年5月南城县人民医院收治的58例腹股沟疝患者,经随机数字表法分为传统组(29例)和TFH组(29例)。传统组行传统疝修补术治疗,TFH组则采用小切口TFH术治疗,比较两组手术效果、手术相关指标(手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间)、术后并发症、患者满意度及复发情况(术后5个月)。结果两组手术优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TFH组术中出血量少于传统组,手术时间、术后住院时间短于传统组(P<0.05);TFH组术后并发症发生率小于传统组(P<0.05);TFH组患者满意度高于传统组(P<0.05);术后5个月,TFH组术后复发率小于传统组(P<0.05)。结论小切口TFH治疗腹股沟疝的效果确切,其手术时间短、术中出血少,可缩短患者术后恢复时间,降低手术并发症风险,并降低复发概率,且患者临床满意度较高。Objective To study the effect of small incision tension-free hernia repair(TFH)in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 58 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Nancheng County People′s Hospital from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected and divided into traditional group(29 patients)and TFH group(29 patients)by random number table method.The traditional group was treated with traditional hernia repair,while the TFH group was treated with small incision TFH.The operation effect,operation related indexes(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay),postoperative complications,patient satisfaction and recurrence(5 months after operation)were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the TFH group was less than that in the traditional group,and the operation time and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the TFH group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the TFH group was higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).At 5 months after operation,the recurrence rate of TFH group was lower than that of traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision TFH is effective in the treatment of inguinal hernia,it can not only shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,as well as shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients,reduce the risk of surgical complications,reduce the probability of recurrence,and the clinical satisfaction of patients is high.
