集束化护理在矽肺患者中的应用效果及对护理依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的研究集束化护理在矽肺患者中的应用效果及对其患者护理依从性的影响。方法以2019年12月-2022年12月高安市瑞州医院收治的60例矽肺患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在其基础上应用集束化护理干预。比较两组护理依从性、肺功能[1s用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)占预计值百分比(FEV_(1)%)、用力肺活量(FVC)]、康复情况[6 min步行距离(6MWD)、Borg评分]、生活质量[圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)]。结果观察组护理后护理依从率高于护理前,且观察组护理依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)%、FVC高于护理前,且观察组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)%、FVC高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后6MWD结果大于护理前,Borg评分低于护理前,且观察组6MWD结果大于对照组,Borg评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后SGRQ评分低于护理前,且观察组SGRQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理可提高矽肺患者的护理依从性,改善其肺功能与康复情况,促使其生活质量提升。Objective To study the application effect of cluster nursing in silicosis patients and its influence on nursing compliance of patients.Methods A total of 60 silicosis patients admitted to Ruizhou Hospital of Gao'an City from December 2019 to December 2022 were divided into control group(30 patients)and observation group(30 patients)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group applied cluster nursing intervention on the basis of it.The nursing compliance,pulmonary function[forced expiratory volume in 1s(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1) percentage of predicted value(FEV_(1)%),forced vital capacity(FVC)],rehabilitation[6 min walking distance(6MWD),Borg score],quality of life[St.George's respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)]were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing compliance rate of the observation group after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and the nursing compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)%and FVC in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and FEV_(1),FEV_(1)%and FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 6MWD result of the two groups after nursing was greater than that before nursing,and the Borg score was lower than that before nursing,while the 6MWD result of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and the Borg score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SGRQ score of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,and the SGRQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing can improve the nursing compliance of silicosis patients,improve their lung function and rehabilitation,and promote their quality of life.
