层级护理干预对血液净化患者感染率及净化效果的影响

摘　　要：目的研究层级护理干预对血液净化患者感染率及净化效果的影响。方法选取2021年3月-2022年3月在我院诊治的62例血液净化患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组31例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予层级护理干预,比较两组患者感染发生率、净化效果、并发症发生率、护理质量评分、护理满意度。结果观察组感染发生率为6.45%,低于对照组的19.35%(P<0.05);两组护理后血红蛋白(Hb)、血浆白蛋白(ALB)均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.45%,低于对照组的16.13%(P<0.05);两组护理后专业技能、风险评估、药物管理、风险管理评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.77%,高于对照组的80.65%(P<0.05)。结论层级护理干预对血液净化患者感染率及净化效果具有积极的促进作用,可预防感染,促进净化效果,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度和护理质量水平,具有较理想的护理效果,值得临床予以重视。Objective To study the effect of hierarchical nursing intervention on infection rate and purification effect of patients with blood purification.Methods A total of 62 patients with blood purification who were treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given hierarchical nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence of infection,purification effect,complication rate,nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of infection in the observation group was 6.45%,which was lower than 19.35%in the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin(Hb)and plasma albumin(ALB)of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.45%,which was lower than 16.13%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of professional skills,risk assessment,drug management and risk management in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than 80.65%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical nursing intervention has a positive effect on the infection rate and purification effect of blood purification patients,which can prevent infection,promote purification effect,reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction and nursing quality level,and has an ideal nursing effect.It is worthy of clinical attention.
