安全分娩核查表在自然分娩产妇围生期护理中的应用效果及对分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的研究安全分娩核查表在自然分娩产妇围生期护理中的应用效果及对分娩结局的影响。方法选取2022年10月-12月我院自然分娩的500例孕妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组250例。对照组围术期开展常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用安全分娩核查表干预,比较两组产妇分娩结局、焦虑评分、产后并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组第二产程延长、阴道助产、会阴侧切发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后焦虑评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后并发症发生率为3.20%,低于对照组的12.00%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为98.80%,高于对照组的89.20%(P<0.05)。结论安全分娩核查表在自然分娩产妇围生期护理中具有确切的应用效果,可改善分娩结局,降低产后并发症发生率,减轻产妇焦虑状况,提高护理满意度,值得临床加以应用。Objective To study the application effect of safe delivery checklist in perinatal nursing of natural delivery women and its influence on delivery outcome.Methods A total of 500 pregnant women who gave birth naturally in our hospital from October to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 250 pregnant women in each group.The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the observation group was given safe delivery checklist intervention on the basis of the control group.The delivery outcome,anxiety score,incidence of postpartum complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of prolonged second stage of labor,vaginal midwifery and episiotomy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was 3.20%,which was lower than 12.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.80%,which was higher than 89.20%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The safe delivery checklist has a definite application effect in the perinatal nursing of natural delivery women,which can improve the delivery outcome,reduce the incidence of postpartum complications,reduce maternal anxiety,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
