摘  要:针对在金属材料焊割过程中不同燃料选择会对切割能耗及低碳环保存在影响的问题,对改性丙烷、改性戊烷及乙炔3种焊割燃料在切割不同厚度钢板过程中的燃料消耗量、耗氧量、切割速度、CO_(2)排放量等参数进行试验研究,并以燃料消耗量、耗氧量、切割速度、CO_(2)排放量作为热切割性能表征方式,对比分析3种不同焊割燃料用于热切割时的性能表现。研究结果表明:改性戊烷在相同测试条件下具有较好的热切割性能。此外,还对热切割性能较好的液态改性戊烷在不同汽化温度下,与空气混合燃烧后的排放污染物进行分析。结果显示:改性戊烷液态温度越低,燃烧后大气污染物排放值越低。该研究成果为工业生产选择低碳节能环保的焊割燃料提供了技术依据和参考。In order to solve the problem that different fuel choices will affect the cutting energy consumption and low-carbon environmental protection in the process of welding metal materials,the parameters such as fuel consumption,oxygen consumption,cutting speed and carbon dioxide emission of modified propane,modified pentane and acetylene in the process of cutting steel plates with different thicknesses are studied experimentally,and the performance of three different welding fuels in hot cutting is compared and analyzed by taking fuel consumption,oxygen consumption,cutting speed and carbon dioxide emission as the characterization methods.The results show that the modified pentane has good thermal cutting performance under the same test conditions.Then,this paper analyzes the emission pollutants of liquid modified pentane with good thermal cutting performance after mixing with air at different vaporization temperatures.The results show that the lower the liquid temperature of modified pentane,the lower the emission value of air pollutants after combustion.The research results provide technical basis and reference for industrial production to choose low-carbon,energy-saving and environmental-friendly welding and cutting fuels.
