摘  要:采用单轴拉伸压缩液压试验机、扫描电镜等设备研究了不同回火条件对碟簧用H13钢疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:通过疲劳S-N曲线可看出,在不同的外界应力条件下,二次回火工艺均能显著提高H13钢的疲劳性能。疲劳断口分析显示,二次回火试样的瞬断区面积占比较小,表明其在高应力条件下具有更好的抗疲劳性能。此外,二次回火后试样的夹杂物尺寸减小,有助于减少疲劳裂纹的产生。根据改进的Tanaka-Akiniwa模型计算的应力场强度因子幅,二次回火条件下的值在不同应力幅下均较小,进一步证实了二次回火工艺能有效降低疲劳失效的风险。因此,H13钢在经过1000℃保温20min,油淬,经过560℃回火120min,空冷至室温后,再进行一次相同参数的回火,是一种较合理的热处理工艺,能显著提高H13钢的疲劳性能。The influence of different tempering conditions on fatigue properties of H13 steel for disc spring was studied by means of uniaxial tensile compression hydraulic test machine and scanning electron microscope.It can be seen from the fatigue S-N curve that the fatigue properties of H13 steel can be significantly improved by the secondary tempering process under different external stress conditions.Fatigue fracture analysis shows that the proportion of the instantaneous fault area of the secondary tempered sample is relatively small,which indicates that it has better anti-fatigue performance under high stress conditions.In addition,the inclusion size of the sample is reduced after secondary tempering,which is helpful to reduce the initiation of fatigue cracks.According to the amplitude of stress field intensity factor calculated by the improved Tanaka-Akiniwa model,the value of secondary tempering is smaller under different stress amplitude,which further proves that the secondary tempering process can effectively reduce the risk of fatigue failure.Therefore,after holding H13 steel at 1000℃ for 20min,quenching oil,tempering at 560℃ for 120min,air cooling to room temperature,and then carrying out the tempering process with the same heat treatment parameters is a more reasonable heat treatment process,which can significantly improve the fatigue properties of H13 steel.
