摘  要:采用室内试验研究玄武岩纤维掺量对乳化沥青冷再生混合料力学性能的增强规律,优化玄武岩纤维掺量。基于控制应力四点弯曲疲劳试验、控制应变三点加载疲劳试验及MMLS3加速加载试验,研究玄武岩纤维增强乳化沥青冷再生混合料的抗疲劳性能与高温长期荷载作用下的稳定性。结果表明:随着玄武岩纤维掺量增大,乳化沥青冷再生混合料的力学性能呈二次函数关系变化,推荐最佳玄武岩纤维掺量为0.40%;掺加玄武岩纤维显著提高了乳化沥青冷再生混合料的力学性能、抗疲劳耐久性能与抗永久变形性能。The strengthening rule of basalt fiber content on the mechanical properties of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture was studied by laboratory tests,and the appropriate basalt fiber content was optimized.Then,based on the fourpoint bending fatigue test under controlled stress,three-point loading fatigue test under controlled strain and MMLS3 accelerated loading test,the fatigue resistance and stability of basalt fiber reinforced emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture under long-term high temperature loading were studied.The results show that with the increase of basalt fiber content,the mechanical properties of basalt fiber reinforced emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture change as a quadratic function,and the recommended optimum basalt fiber content is 0.40%.The addition of basalt fiber significantly improves the mechanical properties,fatigue resistance and durability and permanent deformation resistance of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture.
