摘 要:在拌和阶段添加纳米碳酸钙(CaCO3)制备增强型乳化沥青冷再生混合料,基于劈裂强度试验、常规三大路用性能试验、单轴贯入剪切试验、低温半圆弯拉试验、间接拉伸疲劳试验和MMLS1/3加速加载试验,研究1.0%~4.0%掺量纳米碳酸钙对乳化沥青冷再生混合料力学性能、综合路用性能和疲劳特性的增强作用。结果表明:掺加纳米碳酸钙显著提高了乳化沥青冷再生混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性能、抗疲劳耐久性能,增强了高温-荷载作用下的长期稳定性;纳米碳酸钙填充了水挥发残留的微细观空隙,提高了水泥-乳化沥青胶浆的黏结强度;推荐最佳纳米碳酸钙掺量为2.0%。The reinforced emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture was prepared by adding some dosage of nano-calcium carbonate(CaCO3)at the mixing stage.The enhancement effect of 1.0%−4.0%CaCO3 on the mechanical properties,comprehensive road performance and fatigue resistance characteristics of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture was studied on basis of multiple tests,such as:splitting strength test,conventional three-road performance test,uniaxial penetration shear test,low-temperature semi-circular bending test,indirect tensile fatigue test and MMLS1/3 accelerated loading test.The result shows that,CaCO3 significantly improves the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance and fatigue-resistant durability of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,and enhances its long-term stability under high temperature and load.CaCO3 fills the micro-voids of water-volatilized residue,hence improving the bonding strength of cement-emulsified asphalt cross mortar.It is recommended that the best CaCO3 dosage is 2.0%.
