隧道穿越断层段力学响应规律研究及控制措施

摘  要:以某穿越断层隧道为研究对象,通过数值模拟和现场监测,研究隧道结构及围岩力学响应规律。结果表明:断层段隧道整体变形值大于正常段,且最大变形值出现在岩层交界面处;隧道隆起值在交界面处相对于两侧较小,最大值出现在断层段;隧道开挖一倍洞径内围岩受到影响,变形由岩层深处向拱顶逐渐增大,断层带破碎岩体的存在会加剧此范围内的变形;隧道衬砌最大应力值出现在断层段与正常段岩层交界处,正常段衬砌压力最大值出现在拱腰位置,断层段衬砌压力最大值出现在拱腰和拱肩之间,两段衬砌压力最小值均出现在拱底;现场隧道拱顶沉降及周边收敛监测结果与数值模拟数据相吻合;根据不同地层隧道力学响应规律差异提出控制措施。The mechanical response law of the tunnel structure and surrounding rock is investigated through numerical simulation and on-site monitoring with the tunnel through the crossing faults as the research object.The results indicate that the overall deformation value of the tunnel in the fault section is greater than that of the normal section,with the maximum deformation occurring at the interface of the rock layers.Additionally,the value of the tunnel uplift is smaller at the interface compared to the two sides,with the maximum value occurring in the fault section.Furthermore,the surrounding rock in the tunnel excavation doubles the diameter of the deformation gradually increases from the depth of the rock layer to the arch top.The existence of the fault zone crushed rock will aggravate the deformation in the scope.The maximum stress value of the tunnel lining occurs at the junction of the rock layer of the fault zone and the normal section.The maximum value of the normal section lining pressure occurs at the arch waist.The maximum stress value of the tunnel lining is observed at the junction of the fault zone and the normal section.The maximum value of the lining pressure of the normal section is observed at the position of the arch waist.The maximum value of the pressure of the fault zone is observed between the arch waist and the arch shoulder.The minimum value of the lining pressure is observed at the bottom of the arch.The pressure of both sections is observed at the base of the arch.The results of on-site monitoring of the settlement of the tunnel arch top and peripheral convergence align with the data of numerical simulation.Based on the observed differences in the mechanical response laws of tunnels in different strata,control measures are proposed.
