双核离子液体固载Zr-SBA-15的制备及其催化大豆油合成生物柴油

摘  要:利用硅烷偶联剂将双核离子液体嫁接到Zr-SBA-15载体表面,制得双核离子液体改性Zr-SBA-15有机-无机杂化体(ILs-ZrS)催化剂。通过傅里叶红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)、小角度X射线衍射分析(XRD)、N_2物理吸附BET、内部组织形貌观察(TEM)、表面形貌分析(SEM)等表征方法考察所制备的固体碱性离子液体催化剂的性能。结果表明:当离子液体化合物[CTBM]OH与载体Zr-SBA-15加入量之比为2.0 mmol∶1.0 g,所制备的催化剂ILs-ZrS-2显示出相对优异的催化活性。当ILs-ZrS-2添加量为5%、反应时间为8 h、反应温度为65℃、醇油物质的量之比为20时,生物柴油收率达94.3%。在其重复使用4次后,催化剂仍能保持良好的催化活性。The ionic liquid was grafted onto the surface of the Zr-SBA-15 support using a silane coupling agent,and a strong basic dual-core ionic liquid ILs-ZrS solid base catalyst was successfully prepared.The physicochemical properties of the prepared catalyst with dual-nuclear solid basic ionic liquid was analyzed by FT-IR,small angle XRD,TEM,SEM,BET,TG and other analytical methods.The results show that when the ratio of the ionic liquid compound[CTBM]OH to the carrier Zr-SBA-15 is 2.0 mmol∶1.0 g,the prepared catalyst ILs-ZrS-2 demonstrates excellent catalytic performances in transesterification of soybean oil to biodiesel.The biodiesel yield of 94.3%is obtained when the molar ratio of alcohol to oil is 20:1,reaction temperature at 65°C,reaction time 8 h and the catalyst dosage of 5%.The binuclear solid basic ionic liquid catalyst ILs-ZrS-2 can still maintain a good catalytic activity,after repeatedly used four times under good reaction conditions.
