摘 要:为研究双向CLLC谐振变换器发生开关管开路故障特性,首先介绍双向谐振变换器CLLC的拓扑与基本原理,分析开关管开路故障后暂态特性6种模态及稳态特性4种故障模式的特点,并利用模态分析法进行建模。在此基础上对CLLC变换器故障后的电压增益、谐振电流应力与谐振电容电压应力进行研究,并与DBSRC变换器发生开关管开路故障时的故障特性进行对比分析。最后,通过仿真与实验验证了故障特性分析的准确性。The bidirectional symmetrical CLLC resonant converter has good soft switching characteristics,wide voltage regulation range,high power density,and broad application prospects.Switch tube open circuit fault is a common fault in power electronic converters.In order to study the characteristics of switch tube open circuit fault in bidirectional CLLC resonant converters,the topology and basic principles of CLLC converters are first introduced.The characteristics of six modes of transient characteristics and four modes of steady-state characteristics after switch tube open circuit fault are analyzed,and modal analysis method is used for modeling.On this basis,the voltage gain,resonant current stress,and resonant capacitor voltage stress of the CLLC converter after failure are studied,and the fault characteristics are compared and analyzed with those of the DBSRC converter when the switch tube open circuit fault occurs.This provides a theoretical basis for the selection of the topology structure of the DC-DC converter for on-board auxiliary converters.Finally,the accuracy of fault characteristic analysis was verified through simulation and experiments.
