摘  要:针对不同辐照度下光伏水泵提水系统管路特性固定导致较多太阳能浪费的问题,探究不同辐照度与阀门开度下光伏水泵流量与扬程变化规律,根据光伏供能与提水管路需能供需平衡理论分析,建立辐照度、管道流量、阀门开度的数学关系式,对其求导得出最大流量阀门开度模型,并试验验证。结果表明:随着辐照度增大,光伏水泵的流量、扬程同时增大,利用建立的最大流量阀门开度模型,对不同辐照度下提水高度为14 m的光伏提水系统的阀门开度进行调节,以瞬时流量最大为目标,相比于阀门全开,调节后提水量增幅为79.66%,表明通过调整阀门开度可有效提高光伏水泵提水系统的提水量。Aiming at the problem of more solar energy waste caused by the fixed pipeline feature of photovoltaic water pumping system under different irradiancy,this study explores the variation law of photovoltaic water pump flow and head under different irradiancy and different valve openings.According to the theory of energy supply and demand balance of photovoltaic energy supply and water lifting pipeline,the mathematical relationship between irradiancy,pipeline flow and valve opening is established,and the maximum flow valve opening model is obtained by derivation,and verified by experiments.The results show that with the increase of irradiancy from small to large,the flow and head of photovoltaic water pump increase at the same time.The maximum flow valve opening model is used to adjust the valve opening of photovoltaic pumping system with a pumping height of 14 m under different irradiancy.With the maximum instantaneous flow as the goal,compared with the full opening of the valve,the regulation water pumping volume increases by 79.66%,indicating that the water pumping volume of the photovoltaic water pumping system can be effectively improved by adjusting the valve opening.
