摘　　要：Each year,new academic journals emerge at an ever-expanding rate,making it increasingly difficult for authors to decide where to submit and publish their work.As a researcher myself,I too often face the challenge of selecting the"right"journal for my manuscripts,one that offers thoughtful,insightful,and respectful feedback to improve my manuscripts without the frustration of unqualified reviewers or hasty editorial decisions.
