摘　　要：塔式起重机和施工电梯(统称为建筑起重机械)是高层建筑垂直运输的关键设备。然而,近年来,国内在建筑起重机械的安装、附着顶升、拆卸等关键作业环节中,安全生产事故的发生率较高,成为施工现场安全管理领域亟待解决的问题。确保建筑起重机械在上述关键作业环节的安全进行,已经成为全国建筑工程安全生产管理的重要议题。为此,结合笔者多年的一线实践经验,以及福建省住房和城乡建设厅发布的相关管理措施,探讨如何在安装、附着顶升、拆卸等关键作业环节,建立一套切实可行、能有效执行的安全管理体系。Tower cranes and construction elevators(collectively referred to as construction hoisting machinery)are key equipment for vertical transportation in high-rise buildings.However,in recent years,there have been high incidences of safety accidents in key operation stages such as installation,attachment and top-raising,and dismantling of construction hoisting machinery in China,which has become an urgent problem to be solved in the field of construction site safety management.Ensuring the safe operation of construction hoisting machinery in these key operation stages has become an important topic in the national construction safety management.Therefore,based on the author's many years of practical experience on the front line,as well as the relevant management measures issued by the Fujian Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Department,this paper discusses how to establish a practical and effective safety management system in the key operation stages of installation,attachment and top-raising,and dismantling of construction hoisting machinery.
