摘 要:针对某体育场建筑隔震支座更换提出了一种既有隔震建筑隔震支座无扰动更换技术,该技术核心要点首先以PLC同步顶升系统为支撑,支撑点处结构无沉降变形,其次在隔震支座上、下端板间设置螺旋式紧固装置,利用预压装置完成隔震支座预压缩,压缩量控制在3~5mm,然后将劣化隔震支座拆除,更换新隔震支座,新支座安装就位固定,最后拆除支撑。在隔震支座更换过程中,通过对结构构件进行应力、应变实时监测发现上部结构无附加应力产生,整个更换过程对结构无扰动影响,更换效果良好。The paper proposes an undisturbed replacement technology for the existing isolation bearings of a stadium building.The key points of the technology are firstly supported by the PLC synchronous jacking system,and the structure at the support point has no settlement deformation.Secondly,a spiral fastening device is set between the upper and lower end plates of the isolation bearing,and the pre-compression of the isolation bearing is completed through pre-compression device.The compression is controlled at 3~5mm,and then the degraded isolation bearings are removed and replaced with new isolation bearings,and the new isolation bearings are installed and fixed,and finally the isolation bearings are removed.In the process of the replacement of the isolation bearings,it is found that no additional stress is generated in the superstructure through the monitoring of the stress and strain of the structural members.And there is no disturbance effect on the structure during whole replacement process.The replacement effect is better.
