摘 要:为了解决稀土堆浸场地边坡稳定性较差的问题,以水泥、赤泥、氧化钙作为原材料,研制氧化钙激发赤泥并联合水泥制成固化剂,设计12组不同质量配比的土壤固化剂试验方案,利用四联直剪仪进行室内直剪快剪试验,研究原材料比例关系对土样黏聚力与内摩擦角的影响,并在得到的最佳固化剂配比条件下,探究不同养护龄期对土样抗剪强度的影响。研究结果表明:当水泥质量分数为4%,氧化钙与赤泥质量比例为1∶3时,土样的内摩擦角及黏聚力达到最大值;当养护龄期为11d时,内摩擦角达到最大值;当养护龄期为13d时,黏聚力达到峰值,可减少离子型稀土堆浸场地的水土流失,提高场地边坡的抗剪强度。In order to solve the problem of poor slope stability in rare earth heap leaching site,cement,red mud and calcium oxide are used as raw materials to develop calcium oxide-activated red mud and combined with cement to make curing agent.Twelve groups of soil curing agent test schemes with different mass ratios are designed.The indoor direct shear quick shear test is carried out by using the quadruple shear direct shear apparatus to study the influence of the ratio of raw materials on the cohesion and internal friction angle of soil samples.Under the condition of the best curing agent ratio,the influence of different curing ages on the shear strength of soil samples is explored.The results show that when the mass fraction of cement is 4% and the mass ratio of calcium oxide to red mud is 1∶3,the internal friction angle and cohesion of the soil sample reach the maximum value.When the curing age is 11 d,the internal friction angle reaches the maximum value;when the curing age is 13 d,the cohesion reaches the peak value,which can reduce the soil erosion of the ion-absorbed rare earth heap leaching site and improve the shear strength of the site slope.
