摘  要:重钢西昌矿业有限公司为了达到绿色节能的目的,针对钒钛磁铁矿二段磨矿中存在的矿物过磨与磨矿能耗高的问题,进行了钢球、瓷球、瓷球+钢球不同磨矿介质条件下的磨矿条件试验及能耗测试试验。试验结果表明:瓷球+钢球混合介质磨矿与现有钢球磨矿相比,试验室条件下混合介质磨矿产品中的-0.019mm粒级含量下降了1.21个百分点,混合介质磨矿能耗下降了16.35%,混合介质磨矿可有效减轻矿物的过磨并节约磨矿能耗,瓷球+钢球混合介质可取代钢球作为二段磨矿介质。In order to achieve the purpose of green energy saving,Xichang Mining Co.,Ltd.,Chongqing Iron and Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.has carried out the grinding condition test and energy consumption test under different grinding media conditions of steel ball,ceramic ball and ceramic ball+steel ball,to solve the problems of mineral overgrinding and high energy consumption in the second-stage grinding of vanadium-titanium magnetite.The test results show that compared with the existing steel ball grinding,the content of-0.019 mm fraction in the ceramic ball+steel ball mixed medium grinding product under the laboratory conditions is reduced by 1.21 percentage points,and the grinding energy consumption of the mixed medium is reduced by 16.35%.The mixed medium grinding can effectively reduce the overgrinding of minerals and save the grinding energy consumption.The mixed medium of ceramic ball+steel ball can replace steel ball as the second stage grinding medium.
