摘  要:安徽某铜矿选矿车间为了减少非计划停车时长及提高设备运转率,针对该铜矿选矿车间非计划停车时长问题,对半自磨机、球磨机、碎矿系统、浮选系统非计划停车时长进行了统计及成因分析,发现半自磨机、球磨机故障及日常巡点检工作疏忽是导致选矿车间非计划停车的主要原因,并针对性地实施了一系列改进措施。通过将半自磨机筒体衬板材质由高锰钢更换为铬钼合金并优化其结构,将球磨机轴承零件更换为高质量材质并优化热处理工艺,加强日常巡点检工作管理等措施,显著减少了非计划停车事件,提升了设备运转效率,保障了生产安全,提高了企业经济效益。In order to reduce the unplanned shutdown time and improve the equipment operation rate of a copper ore dressing workshop in Anhui Province,aiming at the problems of unplanned shutdown time in the copper ore dressing workshop,the unplanned shutdown time of semi-autogenous mill,ball mill,crushing system and flotation system is counted and the causes are analyzed.It is found that the failure of semi-autogenous mill and ball mill and the negligence of daily patrol inspection are the main causes of unplanned shutdown in the ore dressing workshop,and a series of improvement measures are implemented.By replacing the lining plate material of the semi-autogenous mill cylinder with chromium-molybdenum alloy from high manganese steel and optimizing its structure,replacing the bearing parts of the ball mill with high-quality materials and optimizing the heat treatment process,and strengthening the management of daily inspection work,the unplanned shutdown events are significantly reduced,the operation efficiency of the equipment is improved,the production safety is ensured,and the economic benefits of the enterprise are improved.
