摘 要:为科学分析尾矿库安全状态,建立了基于变权理论的尾矿库稳定性评价可拓云模型。首先,选取18个典型影响因素,构建了评价指标体系。其次,将层次分析法和变权理论相结合,获取指标变权;基于可拓云原理,通过计算综合云关联度,以最大隶属度为等级判别准则,综合确定尾矿库稳定性等级。最后,以3座尾矿库为例,检验模型可靠性,并与可变模糊集和集对分析法评估结果进行比较。结果显示,3座尾矿库稳定性等级均为Ⅰ级,与工程实际相符,可为尾矿库稳定性评价提供新思路。In order to analyze the safety state of tailings pond scientifically,an extension cloud model for stability evaluation of tailings pond based on variable weight theory is established.Firstly,18 typical influencing factors are selected to construct the evaluation index system.Secondly,the variable weight of the index is obtained by combining the analytic hierarchy process with the variable weight theory.Based on the extension cloud principle,the stability level of tailings pond is determined comprehensively by calculating the comprehensive cloud correlation degree and taking the maximum membership degree as the grade criterion.Finally,three tailings ponds are taken as examples to test the reliability of the model,and the evaluation results are compared with variable fuzzy sets and set pairs.The results show that the stability grades of the three tailings ponds are all LevelⅠ,which is consistent with the engineering practice,and can provide a new idea for the stability evaluation of tailings ponds.
