河南柳树沟一带石墨矿石特征及开发利用分析

摘　　要：为合理高效利用矿产资源、建设绿色矿山,对柳树沟一带石墨矿石质量、可选性、开采技术条件及生态环境治理进行分析。研究结果表明,柳树沟一带石墨矿鳞片细微,常和云母片紧密重叠共生,矿体呈层状、似层状,厚度大且较稳定;主矿体固定碳含量8.31%~9.58%,品位高,采用“一次粗磨、一次粗选、一次扫选、四次再磨、五次精选”的浮选工艺流程,可得到符合国家标准的中碳石墨精矿;伴生有害组分S、P、Fe在选矿过程中能随矿物被脱除,排放到尾矿中,对矿石质量影响小;区内水工环地质条件简单,开采技术条件优越,开发利用难度较小。矿山生产对矿区及周边生态环境扰动在可控制范围内,开发利用前景较好。In order to make rational and efficient use of mineral resources and build green mines,the quality,washability,mining technical conditions and ecological environment management of graphite ore in Liushugou area are analyzed.The results show that the scale of graphite ore in Liushugou area is fine and often overlaps closely with mica sheet.The ore body is layered and stratoid,thick and stable.The fixed carbon content of the main ore body is 8.31%~9.58%,and the grade is high.The flotation process of'once roughing,once roughing,once scavenging,four times regrinding and five times cleaning'can be used to obtain the medium carbon graphite concentrate which meets the national standard.The associated harmful components S,P and Fe can be removed with minerals during the beneficiation process and discharged into the tailings,which has little effect on the quality of the ore.The geological conditions of the hydraulic environment in the area are simple,the mining technical conditions are superior,and the development and utilization are less difficult.The disturbance of mine production to the mining area and surrounding ecological environment is within the controllable range,and the development and utilization prospect is good.
