摘 要:云南某多金属排土废石资源回收边界品位Zn含量≥0.5%、Sn含量≥0.1%、Cu含量≥0.1%,为回收排土废石中的有价资源,采用光电选别设备KRS智能分选机进行了有用矿物回收探索试验,高效分选出了有价金属矿物和废石。试验结果表明:采用KRS智能分选机对单铜矿废石进行分选是可行的,在密度阈值为75、给矿量为74.96t/h的条件下,可获得铜回收率为86.25%、铜富集比为2.80的技术指标,其他金属锌、锡也能实现同步富集;细粒级物料对KRS智能分选机的分选影响较大,当给矿粒度为-50+30mm时,铜金属回收指标最好。The recovery boundary grade of a polymetallic waste rock resource in Yunnan is Zn content≥0.5%,Sn content≥0.1%,and Cu content≥0.1%.In order to recover valuable resources in waste rock in dump,the useful mineral recovery exploration test is carried out by using the photoelectric separation equipment KRS intelligent separator,and the valuable metal minerals and waste rocks are efficiently separated.The test results show that it is feasible to separate the waste rock of single copper mine by KRS intelligent separator.Under the condition of density threshold of 75 and ore feeding rate of 74.96 t/h,the technical indexes of copper recovery rate of 86.25%and copper enrichment ratio of 2.80 can be obtained,and other metals zinc and tin can also be enriched synchronously.Fine-grained materials have a great influence on the separation of KRS intelligent separator.When the feed particle size is-50+30 mm,the copper metal recovery index is the best.
