摘  要:传动轴作为坦克传动系统中的典型构件,其失效问题严重影响坦克传动服役性能,300M超高强度钢因具有高强度和高疲劳性能等优良的综合性能应用于坦克典型构件传动轴。喷丸强化工艺可提高300M钢表面的残余压应力、抗疲劳性能和表面完整性。因此,开展喷丸工艺参数对300M传动轴表面完整性的影响研究具有重要意义。基于喷丸碰撞机理的研究,对喷丸碰撞各阶段过程进行计算,并开展传动轴300M钢材料多丸粒喷丸仿真技术研究,研究了喷丸强化工艺参数弹丸速度、弹丸粒度和喷丸覆盖率对表面完整性的影响规律。对喷丸参数进行优化,结果显示当喷丸角度为90°、喷丸粒度为0.6mm、喷丸强度为0.55A、覆盖率为100%时效果最佳,最后开展喷丸强化试验验证,残余应力检测结果在300MPa以上,满足了300M钢传动轴的残余应力要求,验证了喷丸工艺参数优化结果的正确性。As a typical component of tank transmission system,the failure problem of transmission shaft seriously affected the service performance of tank transmission.The 300M ultra-high strength steel was applied to the transmission shaft of typical tank components because of its excellent comprehensive performance such as high strength,high fatigue performance and so on.The shot peening strengthen process could improve the residual compressive stress,fatigue resistance and surface integrity of 300M steel surface.Therefore,it was of great significance to study the influence of shot peening process parameters on the surface integrity of 300M transmission shaft.Based on the study of shot peening collision mechanism,it was calculated that the process of each stage of shot peening collision,and it was studied that the simulation technology of multi shot peening of 300M steel material of transmission shaft.The influence of shot peening strengthening process parameters such as projectile velocity,projectile particle size and shot peening coverage on surface integrity was studied,and the shot peening parameters were optimized.The results showed that the effect was the best when the shot peening angle was 90°,the shot peening particle size was 0.6 mm,the shot peening strength was 0.55 A,and the coverage rate was 100%.Finally,the shot peening strengthening test was carried out,and the residual stress test results were above 300 MPa,which met the residual stress requirements of the 300M steel transmission shaft,and verified the correctness of the optimization results of the shot peening process parameters.
