摘　　要：国家外语战略在各国现代化进程中发挥了重要作用。近年来,世界主要发达国家越来越多关注关键外语资源建设和人才培养,我国也开展研究并推出了相关政策,进行实践。但当前我国在关键外语制度规划、资源建设及人才培养方面仍存在问题。借鉴和比较域外发达国家的关键外语战略,我国关键外语战略在制度建设、资源规模、人才培养机制等方面还存在问题。加强国家关键外语战略规划需要明确关键外语战略目标,统一设置关键外语规划机构,完善外语资源调查,顶层布局关键外语语种,设置关键外语项目,厚植区域国别和外语教育研究,精准培养融通型关键外语人才,满足我国参与全球治理、推进中国式现代化建设之需。Foreign language strategies have played a significant role in the modernization of various countries.In recent years,as the construction of critical foreign language resources and the cultivation of talents have become concerns of some major developed countries,China has also promoted its critical foreign language practice through policies and research.Nevertheless,problems exist in aspects of critical foreign language system planning,resource construction,and talent development.With a review of the critical foreign language strategies of developed countries,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of existing problems based on the investigation of the current state of China's critical foreign language system construction,resource scale,and talent development mechanism,and points out:to strengthen national key foreign language planning,China should have clear strategic goals about foreign language planning and set a unified institution to oversee the investigations of language resources,to plan the curricula for critical foreign language teaching,set research projects to promote international and regional studies as well as foreign language teaching research,thus to cultivate talents through special critical language programs to meet the demands of global governance and the advancement of Chinese modernization.
