摘  要:研究了活塞移动副间隙对往复式空压机传动机构动力学特性的影响。首先建立了含活塞运动副间隙的空压机传动机构的动力学模型,分析了间隙尺寸、驱动速度、排气压力及连杆柔性这些因素对含间隙空压机传动机构系统动力学特性的影响,仿真结果表明所述因素对传动机构的动力学性能影响显著。The effect of piston movement sub-gap on the dynamic characteristics of reciprocating air compressor drive mechanism was studied.Firstly,a dynamic model of the air compressor transmission mechanism with piston movement clearance was established,and the effects of clearance size,driving speed,exhaust pressure and connecting rod flexibility on the dynamic characteristics of the air compressor transmission mechanism system with clearance were analyzed,and the simulation results show that the mentioned factors had a significant effect on the dynamic performance of the transmission mechanism.
