摘  要:对某型往复压缩机曲轴箱进行有限元计算模态分析和模态试验,结果表明:曲轴箱前8阶振型主要为整体扭振、摆振和气缸安装面呼吸振,振型位移最大的区域是气缸安装面。文中提出一种在曲轴箱最大振动位移处添加筋板的调频设计,仿真结果显示振型保持不变,固有频率增加,避开了电机激励的倍频区域。研究结果对同类型曲轴箱结构设计和振动控制具有参考意义。In this paper,a certain type of reciprocating compressor crankcase is subjected to finite element computational modal analysis and modal test,and the results show that the first 8 orders of the crankcase vibration is mainly the overall torsional vibration,pendulum vibration,and cylinder mounting surface respiratory vibration,and the region with the largest vibration displacement is the cylinder mounting surface.In the paper,a frequency modulation design is proposed to add a rib plate at the maximum vibration displacement of the crankcase,and the simulation results show that the vibration pattern remains unchanged,the intrinsic frequency increases,and the octave frequency region of motor excitation is avoided.The results are of reference significance for the structural design and vibration control of the same type of crankcase.
