无油螺杆空压机水露点过高原因分析与应对策略研究

摘　　要：空压机是天然气长输管道离心式压缩机的关键辅助设备,主要为压缩机干气密封提供压缩空气,压缩空气水露点高低对离心式压缩机安全平稳运行起到关键作用。文章在螺杆空压机撬结构和工作流程的基础上,分析了无油螺杆空压机撬对压缩空气热湿处理的主要步骤,并对影响压缩空气水露点的关键因素提出有效的应对策略。Air compressors are key auxiliary equipment for the centrifugal compressor of natural gas long-distance pipelines,mainly providing compressed air for the dry gas seal of compressor.The high and low dew point of compressed air plays a crucial role in the safe and stable operation of centrifugal compressor.On the basis of the structure and workflow of the screw air compressor lever,this paper analyzed the main steps of the oil-free screw air compressor lever in the heat and humidity treatment of compressed air,and proposes effective countermeasures for the key factors affecting the dew point of compressed air.
