摘  要:往复压缩机作为柴油加氢裂化装置核心设备之一,其作用是通过往复压缩机做功提升氢气压力,为反应系统源源不断供应一定压力的新氢,某石化公司350万t/a柴油加氢裂化装置自开工以来,其往复压缩机气阀阀片频发生故障,现象多为阀片断裂,每次气阀阀片发生断裂后都要进行机组切机,机组隔离并更换气阀,作业强度大,同时对装置生产也有一定影响。经过对气阀阀片故障原因分析,通过变更气阀形式,由原来的平面网状气阀改造为型面环状气阀,改善了阀片受力分布,大大提高了气阀的使用寿命,同时也采取了调整无级气量调节系统操作模式、严格控制注油器注油速率等措施,综合提高气阀阀片的使用寿命,效果显著。As one of the core equipment of diesel hydrocracking unit,reciprocating compressors are used to increase the hydrogen pressure by doing work,continuously supplying a certain pressure of new hydrogen to the reaction system.Since the start of operation of a 350 Wt/a diesel hydrocracking unit in a petrochemical company,the valve plate of the reciprocating compressor has frequently malfunctioned,mostly due to valve plate breakage.Every time the valve plate breaks,the unit needs to be cut off,isolated and the valve replaced.The operation intensity is high,and it also has a certain impact on the production of unit.After analyzing the causes of valve plate failures,the valve form was changed from a flat mesh valve to a circular valve,which improved the force distribution of the valve plate and greatly increased its service life.At the same time,measures such as adjusting the operating mode of the stepless gas volume regulation system and strictly controlling the oil injection rate were taken to comprehensively improve the service life of valve plate,and the effect was significant.
