摘　　要：“三个务必”是百年大党风华正茂的重要法宝,为进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化提供了精神动力。在“进一步全面深化改革”视域下,“三个务必”分别从三个方面阐明了进一步全面深化改革的根本动力、优良作风和本领要求,形成了一个内涵丰富、指向明确的结构体系和有机整体。“三个务必”蕴含的时代价值历久弥新,对于进一步全面深化改革具有重要的实践观、认识论、价值论、方法论意义。发挥“三个务必”对进一步全面深化改革的作用和效能,要科学理解“三个务必”的理论意义,建立健全“三个务必”的体制机制,有力推动“三个务必”的话语传播,进而为“三个务必”在进一步全面深化改革中落到实处提供坚实保证。Comprehensively deepening reform is the fundamental driving force for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and is an inevitable requirement for completing the goals and tasks of the new era.The"Three Musts"contain the ideological connotation of further comprehensively deepening reform,clarifying the fundamental driving force,excellent style and technical requirements for further comprehensively deepening reform,and have important practical,epistemological,axiological and methodological significance for further comprehensively deepening reform.To give full play to the role and effectiveness of the"Three Musts"in further comprehensively deepening reform,we should scientifically understand the theoretical significance of the"Three Musts",establish and improve the systems and mechanisms of the"Three Musts",and effectively promote the discourse communication of the"Three Musts",so as to provide a solid guarantee for the implementation of the"Three Musts"in further comprehensively deepening reform.
