摘  要:研究了氯丁橡胶(CR)/生物基衣康酸酯橡胶(Bio-ItBR)并用胶的性能。结果表明,相比CR,CR/Bio-ItBR并用混炼胶的门尼粘度和Payne效应基本不变,焦烧时间和工艺正硫化时间略有缩短。CR和Bio-ItBR之间优异的相容性为并用胶呈现优异的性能奠定了基础。在CR中并用10~30份Bio-ItBR,硫化胶的物理机械性能和耐老化性能基本保持不变,滞后损失和动态疲劳生热大幅度降低,更适合应用于动态橡胶制品。The properties of chloroprene rubber(CR)/bio-based itaconate rubber(Bio-ItBR)blends were studied.The results showed that,compared with CR,the Mooney viscosity and Payne effect of the CR/Bio-ItBR blends were basically unchanged,while the scorch time and the optimum cure time were slightly shortened.The excellent compatibility between CR and Bio-ItBR served as the foundation for the excellent properties of blends.When 10 to 30 phr Bio-ItBR was blended with CR,the mechanical properties and aging resistance of the vulcanizate were almost unchanged,and the hysteresis loss and dynamic fatigue heat build-up were greatly reduced,so it was more suitable for dynamic rubber products.
