摘  要:研究了不同用量的不饱和羧酸盐甲基丙烯酸镁(MgMA)作为补强填料对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)硫化特性,加工性能和物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,以热空气老化、紫外老化、盐雾老化、臭氧老化4种不同老化场景,MgMA不会影响HNBR硫化胶的耐臭氧性能,耐热空气老化和耐紫外老化随着MgMA用量的增大而增加,MgMA用量为10份时,HNBR硫化胶的耐盐雾老化性能最佳。The effects of different dosages of the unsaturated carboxylate magnesium methacrylate(MgMA)as a reinforcing filler on the vulcanization characteristics,processing properties and mechanical properties of HNBR were studied.The results showed that in four different aging scenarios,namely hot air aging,ultraviolet aging,salt spray aging and ozone aging,MgMA did not affect the ozone resistance of HNBR vulcanizates,and the hot air aging and ultraviolet aging resistance increased with the increase of MgMA dosage,and the salt spray aging resistance of HNBR vulcanizate was the best when the MgMA dosage was 10 phr.
