摘 要:系统研究了二硫代氨基甲酸盐类促进剂、秋兰姆类促进剂和次磺酰胺类促进剂对EPDM性能的影响,并提出了多元促进剂并用提高EPDM硫化速度的技术途径。结果表明,EZ/PPD(EZ:二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌,PPD:五甲撑二硫代氨基甲酸)/TETD/CZ并用硫化体系可有效缩短EPDM胶料正硫化时间,并具有较好的焦烧安全性和硫化平坦性;在同一温度下,各个并用体系的EPDM胶料力学性能变化不大,并且随着温度的升高呈现出同样的变化趋势。The influences of dithiocarbamate accelerators,thiuram accelerators and sulfenamide accelerators on the properties of EPDM were systematically studied,and a technical approach for improving the vulcanization speed of EPDM by using multiple accelerators in combination was proposed.The results showed that the combined vulcanization system of EZ(zinc diethyldithiocarbamate)/PPD(pentamethylene dithiocarbamate)/TETD/CZ could effectively shorten the optimum vulcanization time of EPDM compounds,and had good scorch safety and vulcanization plateau.At the same temperature,the mechanical properties of EPDM compounds in each combined system changed little,and showed the same change trend with the increase of temperature.
