摘  要:研究了不同丙烯腈含量NBR、不同饱和度HNBR,以及NR和EPDM橡胶耐轧制油乳化液性能。结果表明,饱和度高的HNBR具有较好的耐乳化液性能,随着NBR丙烯腈含量的降低,极性降低,其耐乳化液性能增强。但对于不含丙烯腈的NR、EPDM,其耐乳化液的性能不如NR/NBR、EPDM/NBR共混胶。The rolling oil emulsion resistance of NBR with different acrylonitrile contents,HNBR with different saturation degrees,as well as NR and EPDM compounds were studied.The results showed that HNBR with high saturation degree had better emulsion resistance.As the acrylonitrile content in NBR decreased and its polarity decreased,its emulsion resistance was enhanced.However,for NR and EPDM without acrylonitrile,their emulsion resistance was inferior to that of NR/NBR and EPDM/NBR blends.
