摘 要:采用不同牌号的生物基油等量代替环烷油,研究了生物基油在丁基橡胶配方中的应用。结果表明,生物基油V150、生物基油V10227、大豆油等量代替环烷油,增塑效果变好,加工安全性不变,硫化速度加快,抗硫化返原性稍有降低。V150和V10227等量代替环烷油时,胶料老化前后物理性能相当;而大豆油等量代替环烷油时,胶料老化前后物理性能下降明显。V150胶料的抗湿滑性能最优,大豆油胶料的滚动阻力最小。与环烷油相比,大豆油对丁基橡胶配方老化后的屈挠性无影响,而采用V150和V10227会降低丁基橡胶配方的屈挠性能。不同牌号的生物基油对丁基橡胶配方的气密性影响不大。The application of bio-based oils in butyl rubber formulations was studied by replacing the naphthenic oil with equal amounts of different grades of bio-based oils.The results showed that when V150 bio-based oil,V10227 bio-based oil and soybean oil were used to replace naphthenic oil in equal amounts,the plasticizing effect was improved and the processing safety remained unchanged,the vulcanization speed was accelerated,and the anti-reversion properties during vulcanization was slightly reduced.When V150 and V10227 replaced naphthenic oil in equal amounts,the physical properties of the compound before and after aging were similar.However,the physical properties of the rubber before and after aging decreased significantly when soybean oil was used to replace naphthenic oil in equal amounts.The anti-skid performance of the V150 rubber was the best,and the rolling resistance of the soybean oil rubber was the smallest.Compared with naphthenic oil,soybean oil had no effect on the flexibility of the butyl rubber formula after aging,while the flexibility of the butyl rubber formula was reduced by using V150 and V10227.The influence of different grades of bio-based oils on the gas impermeability of the butyl rubber formula was not significant.
