摘 要:采用氰基硫化技术,以国产腈单体全氟醚(FFKM)生胶作为原材料,制备出一种新型耐高温、低压缩永久变形的FFKM混炼胶。比较了硫化样品在不同炭黑用量下的物理机械性能,不同热空气老化条件下的压缩永久变形和物理机械性能。结果表明,炭黑N990用量为20份时,补强效果明显,新型FFKM胶料的物理机械性能有所提升;经300℃×70 h和200℃×240 h老化试验后,新型FFKM混炼胶仍保持极低的压缩永久变形率(<28%);且300℃×70 h老化试验后的硫化样品仍保持优异的物理性能。这一优异的特性使其在耐化学介质、耐高温密封件的制造领域具有广泛的应用前景。This study utilizes domestic nitrile monomer perfluoroether(FFKM)raw rubber as the starting material,employs cyanide vulcanization technology,and formulates a novel high-temperature resistant and low compression set FFKM compound.The study compared the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized samples with various carbon black loadings,as well as the compression set behavior and physical properties under different hot air aging conditions.The results showed that N990 carbon black significantly enhanced the physical and mechanical properties of FFKM when incorporated at 20 phr.High-temperature performance tests demonstrated that the new FFKM compound retained a very low compression set rate(within 28%)after enduring aging tests at 300℃for 70 h and 200℃for 240 h.Additionally,the vulcanized samples retained superior physical properties after the 300℃×70 h aging test.These outstanding characteristics foresaw its extensive application in the manufacturing of chemical-resistant and high-temperature seals.
