摘  要:研究了天然橡胶生胶类型对胶料及橡胶支座产品性能的影响。结果表明,相比于全乳胶SCR WF和3号烟片胶RSS 3,超聚态天然橡胶SANR的力学性能、压缩永久变形、热老化性能以及粘合性能均最佳,硫化效率更高;采用SANR制备的橡胶支座产品的竖向压缩变形和极限剪切变形性能均优于其他两种胶料,刚度基本相当,SANR更适宜用于制备高性能长寿命橡胶支座产品。The effects of natural rubber types on the properties of compound and rubber bearing were studied.The results showed that mechanical properties,compression set,thermal ageing properties and adhesive properties of SANR were better than that of SCR WF and RSS 3.At the same time,SANR provided faster cure rate.The vertical compressive deformation and ultimate shear deformation properties of rubber bearing products prepared with SANR were better than that of SCR WF and RSS 3 while static stiffness was equivalent.SANR was more suitable for preparing high-performance and long-life rubber bearing products.
