摘　　要：基于橡胶缓冲块产品的尺寸结构等参数,从分型面的选择、产品的使用工况以及模具强度等方面进行考量,提出了一种压制成型的硫化模具结构;同时利用前期缩比件产品及其模具的尺寸,确立了该产品收缩率。结果表明,该模具结构满足橡胶缓冲块产品的成型硫化要求,解决了现有缓冲块模具脱模困难,以及聚四氟乙烯薄膜打褶的技术问题,提高了该类密封件的质量和生产合格率,降低人工成本,同时尺寸公差满足客户质量要求。Based on the size and structural parameters of the rubber vibration bumper product,the mold structure was proposed by considering the selection of the parting surface,the use conditions of the product,and the strength of the mold.At the same time,the shrinkage rate of the product was determined based on the size of the preliminary scale product and mold.The results showed that the mold structure met the vulcanization molding requirements of the rubber vibration bumper product,solved the technical problems of difficult demolding and folding of PTFE film in existing vibration bumper molds,improved the quality and production pass rate of the sealing products,reduced labor costs,and the dimensional tolerances met the quality requirements of customers.
