摘  要:在350℃和500℃下绝氧热解制备污泥生物炭粒(0SBP),得到SBP350和SBP500。采用红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、比表面积孔径分析仪、元素分析仪、扫描电镜等进行表征,分析SBP350和SBP500二者理化性质的差异性,通过动态吸附试验探究不同温度热解制备的SBP对模拟酸性矿山废水的净化效果。试验结果显示:经SBP处理后,酸性废水的pH值提升至5.5~8.5之间。受金属之间竞争吸附性的影响,SBP对酸性废水中重金属的去除效果为Fe>Cu>Zn>Cd>Ni,其中Fe、Cu、Zn、Cd平均去除率都在90%以上,效果较好,SBP对Ni和SO_(4)^(2-)的平均去除率不超过50%,效果一般。Cu、Zn、Cd、Ni的去除率随出水时间的变化趋势与pH相同,Fe的变化趋势与其他4种金属不同,SO_(4)^(2-)的则与pH相反。根据表征结果,热解温度影响SBP的理化性质,与SBP350相比,SBP500的碱性和芳香性更强、灰分含量和零电势更高、孔径和比表面积要更大以及孔隙结构更为丰富,SBP500对模拟酸性矿山废水的净化效果要优于SBP350。Sewage sludge biochar particles(SBP)were prepared by pyrolysis at 350℃ and 500℃ under anoxic conditions,resulting in SBP350 and SBP500.The differences in physicochemical properties between SBP350 and SBP500 were characterized using infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,specific surface area and pore size analysis,elemental analysis,and scanning electron microscopy.Dynamic adsorption experiments were performed to investigate the purification effects of SBP prepared at different pyrolysis temperatures on simulated acid mine drainage.The results show that after SBP treatment,the acidic wastewater pH increased to between 5.5 and 8.5.Due to competitive adsorption among metals,the removal efficiency of heavy metals from the acidic wastewater by SBP followed the order of Fe>Cu>Zn>Cd>Ni.The average removal rates of Fe,Cu,Zn,and Cd were all above 90%,reflecting good performance,while the average removal rates of Ni and SO_(4)^(2-)were below 50%.The trend of Cu,Zn,Cd and Ni removal with effluent time was similar to pH,whereas SO_(4)^(2-)showed an opposite trend to pH.Accordingly,pyrolysis temperature affects the physicochemical properties of SBPs.Compared to SBP350,SBP500 exhibited stronger alkalinity and aromaticity,higher ash content and zero potential,larger pore size and specific surface area,as well as more complex pore structure.Consequently,SBP500 demonstrated better purification performance for simulated acid mine drainage than SBP350.
