摘　　要：通过对飞机起落架转筒轴承结构及工艺设计的改进与创新,研制不锈钢材质大型剖分式圆锥滚子轴承,以优化设计提高轴承承载能力,以连体双列坯料设计解决超轻窄套圈加工变形问题,以保持架窗孔自锁设计解决现场安装时保持架-滚子组件中滚子易脱落问题,攻克了起落架转筒轴承在安装方式受限、安装空间小、承载要求高、收放功率小、使用环境复杂等条件下应用的技术难题。Through the improvement and innovation of the structural and process design of the rotary bearing for aircraft landing gear,the paper develops the large-scale split tapered roller bearing made of stainless steel,optimizing design to improve bearing loading capacity,solves the machining deformation problem of the ultra-light narrow ring with the connected double row billet design,and solves the problem that the roller assembly of cage is easy to fall off during field installation with the selflocking design of the cage window.It has overcome the technical problems in the application of aircraft main landing gear rotating bearings under the conditions of limited installation mode,small installation space,high bearing requirements,small redraft power,complex use environment,etc.
