经方治疗冠心病的研究现状与热点分析

摘　　要：目的:分析近10年经方治疗冠心病研究领域的发展现状、研究热点和未来趋势。方法:检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)中2011—2021年收录的经方治疗冠心病相关期刊文献,运用CiteSpace可视化软件,对该领域内地域、机构、作者及关键词绘制知识图谱并对其进行分析。结果:共纳入479篇文献,相关研究主要分布在北方地区,主要研究机构为南京中医药大学无锡附属医院(7篇)、辽宁中医药大学(4篇)、辽宁中医药大学附属医院(4篇)。核心作者主要为苏伟、谈晓东及刘蕊,3位作者总发文量均为2篇。高频关键词为冠心病(193次)、瓜蒌薤白半夏汤(190次)、炙甘草汤(190次)等,中介中心性高的关键词为不稳定型心绞痛(0.57)、中西医结合疗法(0.54)、张仲景(0.51)、瓜蒌薤白白酒汤(0.41)等。结论:中医药疗法与中西医结合疗法为当前冠心病治疗方式的主要发展趋势,其中以瓜蒌薤白半夏汤、炙甘草汤为经方治疗冠心病的主要研究热点。Objective:To analyze the current development,research hotspots,and future trends in the research field of classical prescription treatment of coronary heart disease in the past 10 years.Methods:The journal literatures related to the treatment of coronary heart disease with classical prescription included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2011 to 2021 were searched.The CiteSpace visualization software was used to draw knowledge 8raphs of the region,institution,author,and keywords in the field for analysis them.Results:A total of 479 papers were included,and related studies were mainly distributed in the northern China.The main research institutions were Wuxi Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(7 papers),Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(4 papers),and Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(4 papers).The core authors were Su Wei,Tan Xiaodong,and Liu Rui,and each of the three authors had published 2 articles.High-frequency keywords were coronary heart disease(193),Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction(190),Zhigancao Decoction(190).The keywords were unstable angina(0.57),integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy(0.54),Zhang Zhongjing(0.51),and Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction(0.41).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine are the main development trends of the current treatment of coronary heart disease.Among them,Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction an Zhigancao Decoction for the treatment of coronary heart disease.
