摘　　要：角药是指在中医理论指导下,以辨证论治为前提,将三味中药恰当组合的一种特殊配伍形式。与方剂中单行、相须、相使等类似,介于中药和方剂之间,具有三足鼎立之势,互资互制以增效减毒,协同作用以发挥最佳效用。李郑生教授在临证中常用姜厚朴、炒枳实、莱菔根-消胀除满,刘寄奴、荷叶、浙贝母-清热化瘀生肌,金钱草、海金沙、炒鸡内金-清热通淋排石,丹参、远志、炒枣仁-安神定悸,木香、酒大黄、生山楂-行气散瘀止痛,黄连、葛根、天花粉-清热生津,郁金、合欢皮、灯心草-清心安神,丹参、鸡血藤、川牛膝-通利关节,玉米须、茯苓、泽泻-健脾利湿,姜厚朴、紫苏叶、桔梗-行气化痰散结,桔梗、炒苦杏仁、浙贝母-化痰止咳等组合,用药灵活多变,体现了其组方配伍应用的特色及优势,临床常收效显著。A ternary combination of drugs refers to a special combination of three Chinese medicines guided by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory and based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.Similar to formulas that in⁃volve single drug,mutual reinforcement,and mutual assistance,a ternary combination of drugs occupies a space between Chinese medicines and formulas to demonstrate a triadic balance that enhances efficacy and reduces toxicity through mutual reinforcement and mutual restriction,thereby maximizing efficacy.In clinical practice,Professor Li Zhengsheng frequently employs ternary combinations,such as Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,stir-fried Aurantii Fructus Immaturus,and Raphani Radix for relieving swelling and fullness;Siphonostegiae Herba,Nelumbinis Folium,and Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus for clearing heat,resolving stasis,and promoting granulation;Lysimachiae Herba,Lygodii Spora,and stir-fried Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum for clearing heat,relieving stranguria,and discharging calculus;Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizo⁃ma,Polygalae Radix,and stir-fried Ziziphi Spinosae Semen for calming the spirit;Aucklandiae Radix,wine-processed Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,and Crataegi Fructus for moving qi,resolving stasis,and alleviating pain;Coptidis Rhizoma,Puerar⁃iae Lobatae Radix,and Trichosanthis Radix for clearing heat and generating fluids;Curcumae Radix,Albiziae Cortex,and Junci Medulla for calming the heart and spirit;Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Spatholobi Caulis,and Cyathulae Radix for promoting joint mobility;Maydis Stigma,Poria,and Alismatis Rhizoma for strengthening the spleen and elimina⁃ting dampness;Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,Perillae Folium,and Platycodonis Radix for moving qi,resolving phlegm,and dissipating mass;Platycodonis Radix,stir-fried Armeniacae Semen Amarum,and Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus for resol⁃ving phlegm and relieving cough.These flexible combinations showcase the unique features and advantages of ternary com⁃binations of drugs,often yielding significa
