摘　　要：在新医改和数字化转型的双重背景下,医院文书档案的管理工作十分重要。作为医院运营和决策的重要参考,文书档案不仅是医院历史的记录,更是医院未来发展的重要基础。面对大数据技术的飞速发展,医院文书档案的管理迎来全新发展机遇,通过对大数据技术的应用,医院能够优化档案管理模式,提高管理效率与质量。文章旨在分析新形势下医院文书档案管理工作的价值,探索大数据技术在医院文书档案管理中的应用价值和实践策略;对大数据的特点及其在文书档案管理中的具体应用进行深入分析,以期为医院文书档案的高质量管理提供新思路和切实有效的方法。In the dual context of the new healthcare reform and digital transformation,the management of hospital document archives is very important.As an important reference for hospital operation and decision-making,document archives are not only a record of hospital history,but also an important foundation for future development of hospitals.Faced with the rapid development of big data technology,the management of hospital document archives has ushered in new development opportunities.Through the application of big data technology,hospitals can optimize the archive management mode,improve management efficiency and quality.The article aims to analyze the value of hospital document and archive management under the new situation,explore the application value and practical strategies of big data technology in hospital document and archive management,and conduct indepth analysis of the characteristics of big data and its specific application in document and archive management,in order to provide new ideas and practical and effective methods for high-highquality management of hospital document and archive.
