摘　　要：本研究对精细化管理理念在现代医院管理中的应用与实践进行了深入探讨,报道了当前医疗领域对高质量、高效率医疗服务需求的增长态势,以及传统医疗质量管理模式在新时代面临的挑战。通过综述精细化管理的定义、特点及其在提升医院管理水平和患者满意度方面的作用,以及医院在设定精细化管理目标,制定精细化管理制度,门诊、档案、后勤精细化管理和构建精细化管理平台等方面的具体实践,展示了精细化管理在提升医院运营效率、优化资源配置、改善医疗服务质量方面的潜力,为现代医院建立科学合理的绩效评价体系、激励医护人员提高工作效率和服务质量方面提供了有益的参考和启示。This study delves into the application and practice of the lean management philosophy in modern hospital administration.It reports on the growing demand for highquality,efficient medical services in the current medical field and the challenges faced by traditional medical quality management models in the new era.Through a comprehensive review of the definition and characteristics of lean management and its role in improving hospital management and patient satisfaction,as well as specific practices in setting lean management goals,formulating lean management systems,outpatient,archival,and logistical lean management,and building a lean management platform,and improving the quality of healthcare service it demonstrates the potential of fine management in enhancing the operational efficiency of hospitals,optimizing resource allocation and improving the quality of medical services,and provides useful references and inspiration for modern hospitals to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system,and to motivate medical and nursing staff to improve work efficiency and service quality management.
